| 摘 要： | 聚合氯化硫酸铝和聚合氯化硫酸铝铁混凝剂处理ＣＯＤ为１０００－４０００ｍｇ／Ｌ制药废水的最佳工艺条件：ＰＨ范围为６．０－７．５；搅拌速度为１６０ｒ／ｍｉｎ；搅拌时间１５ｍｉｎ；一次处理混凝剂投加量为３００ｍｇ／Ｌ，沉降时间１５０ｍｉｎ，ＣＯＤ去除率在８０％以上。

| Abstract: | The optimum technology conditions of treating pharrmaceutical wastewater, which COD value is 1000 to 4000mg/L, are as follows: the scope of pH value is 6.0-7.5, the agitating rate is 160r/min and the agitating time 15 min, when the eoagulants PACh and PAFCS are applied. The dosage of the coagulants is 300mg/L, the sutsidence the is 150min and the removal ratio of COD is more than 80% when the wastewater is simply treated once. The treatment effect is much better when the two-step adding method is utilized . The values of pH, COD and SS reach National Discharge Criterion When the discharge water is filtered with anthracite-quartz sand filter cylinder following the simple one-coagulation. |
