| 摘 要： | 高职院校建立人才培养质量年度报告发布制度，是不断完善人才培养质量监测体系的一种表现。阐述了高职院校质量年报的目标和作用，分析了高职院校质量年报应处理好的几种关系，提出了高职院校质量年报框架结构。

| Abstract: | The publishing of annual report on talent training quality is a concrete measure to supervise the talent training work of higher vocational colleges across China. The objective and function of this report system are illustrated. A framework for such a report is presented, and some major points which need to be carefully handled in preparing the report are also brought forward in this paper. |
