摘    要:应用人机工程学的基本原理,从人和机两个子系统对冲压事故进行了分析,打破了人们习惯的且已格式化了的分析方法。指出冲压工艺在模具使用中应作为冲压机子系统的重要部分,是冲压事故的主要人机结合面。对人体子系统中,人的失误进行了实事求是的分析,从而在冲压工艺、模具设计及工作环境等方面提出了综合安全对策。

Abstract:This article introduced the stamping accidents from both sub-systems of man and machine, using the basic principles of man-machine engineering, breaking free from the customary and formalized in analyzing method. It pointed out that the stamping technology should be regarded.as a important part of sub-system of stamping machine in the application of dies, and also as a major man-machine interface in stamping acci dentsl. In the human aystem, a practical and realistic analysis on human errors had been properly done, so that the comprehensive safety measures had been put out in the fields of stamping technology, die design and poerating conditions.
