摘    要:为了评估车体抗侧向载荷的强度,采用全尺寸部分车体进行静态、动态压缩试验,同时还进行了与经验性试验同样载荷工况下的有限元分析.在载荷-时间特性和车体变形模式方面,有限元数值分析结果和经验性结论一致.得出了一种利用有限元分析评价车体抗侧向载荷撞击变形特性的方法.

Evaluation of Carbody Strength against Loads from the Side
Abstract:In order to evaluate the carbody strength against loads from the side, full-size partial carbodies is applied to make the static and dynamic compression test, in the mean time, the finite element analysis is made under the same loading conditions as the empirical tests. In the aspects of load time characteristics and deformed shape of carbodies, the finite element digital analysis result is the same as the empirical conclusion. A method to use the finite element analysis to evaluate the impact deformation behavior of carbody against loads from the side is obtained.
