摘    要:应用红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、比表面分析仪等对PAN原纤维及其部分水解PAN-COOH型纤维进行了表征,讨论了影响基体PAN纤维强度的主要因素和碱性条件下的水解反应。获得了干态:强度9.6cN/dtex、交换容量0.26mmol/g、比表面积0.58m2/g的PAN-COOH型离子交换纤维。详细地讨论了该纤维的比表面构成、氰基转化成羧基的比率、羧基在纤维表面的排列及最大理论水解量。

Abstract:Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer,Elemental Analyzer and Specific Surface Area Analyzer etc. were utilized to characterize the base PAN fiber and its partially hydrolyzed PAN-COOH fiber. The main factors that can affect the strength of the hydrolyzed fiber and how the hydrolysis reaction happened in alkaline condition were discussed. The acidic form hydrolyzed PAN-COOH fiber,of which characters (on dry basis) were: strength 9.6cN/dtex,capacity 0.26mmol/g,BET area 0.58m2/g,was prepared. And also the composition of the surface area,production rate from -CN to -COOH,the ways by which the groups of -COOH lined on the surface of the fiber and the possible maximum amount of -COOH were discussed in detail.
