摘    要:根据水泥稳定碎石的特点,并结合多年的施工经验,从原材料性质、配合比设计、灰剂量检测、氧化镁的均匀性检测、拌和、摊铺、碾压、养生等方面探讨路面基层的施工工艺,特别对氧化镁的掺入方法以及掺入的均匀性检测进行深入的分析研究,可为自应力工业废渣水泥稳定碎石基层的推广应用提供参考。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of cement stabilized macadam, combining with years of construction experiences, construction techniques of pavement base are discussed from some aspects such as properties of raw material, mix proportion design, dosage test for ash, uniformity test for magnesia, mixing, spreading, rolling, curing, etc. Especially, the mixing method and mixing uniformity test of magnesia are studied in depth.
