随车起重机伸缩臂的最佳伸缩量及其控制

摘    要:通过分析随车起重机工作时各节伸缩臂所受最大应力,应用等应力设计原理,确定了各节伸缩臂最佳伸缩量;对各节伸缩臂伸缩量控制系统进行了设计,并对控制系统的控制器进行数学建模、算法设计、性能仿真和参数匹配。通过现场试验表明.基于等应力的最佳伸缩量能够改善随车起重机伸缩臂的受力状况,提高其工作可靠性。

Abstract:In terms of the analysis of maximum stress of each telescopic boom of truck-mounted crane while working, optimum dilation of each boom is determined based on equivalent stress. The control system of each telescopic boom dilation is designed; mathematical modeling, algorithm design, performance simulation and pa- rameters matching of controller are carried out. The results of on-site tests indicate that the optimum dilation based on equivalent stress can improve the force conditions of telescopic booms of truck-mounted cranes andenhance their stability.
