宁溧路改造工程桥梁拼接关键技术研究

摘    要:宁溧路改造工程拼接桥梁设计中,采用先落架后浇注接缝混凝土、快凝早强混凝土技术、特殊的微膨胀混凝土技术、在接缝混凝土中掺入一定数量聚乙烯醇纤维等措施有效防止新、旧桥接缝混凝土产生裂缝;采用滚轮压槽技术、提高粗骨料的强度及调整粗、细集料含量以提高混凝土耐久及抗滑性能等措施解决新增纵向伸缩缝的防滑、防裂问题。

Abstract:In course of bridge splicing design of Nanjing-Lishui Expressway improvement project,in order to avoid cracks in the old and new concrete bridge joints,a series of measures such as casting concrete after backout bracket,quick coagulation and early strength concrete technique,special slight expansion concrete technique,incorporation a certain polyvinyl alcohol fiber into joint concrete are taken.Meanwhile such measures as roller and pressure slot technique,improving the strength of coarse aggregate,adjusting...
