摘    要:高校生存和发展的关键是人员队伍建设,核心是教学、科研和管理队伍建设。高校加强绩效考核的建设,能够引导教职工工作水平的不断提高,激励教职工认真履行其岗位职责,进一步增强教职工的教学、科研、管理和服务水平,给教职工营造一个和谐、稳定、宽松的育人环境,真正做到人尽其才,才尽其用,用人所长,促进高校的可持续发展。

Abstract:Abstract: The key to college's survival and development is the construction of teaching and administrative staff, with teaching, scientific research and administrative staff construction being the three core parts. To strengthen the performance appraisal will direct the teaching staff to improve their teaching and motivate them to devote to their job responsibilities, thus improving teaching, scientific research, management and service level. Good performance appraisal also can create a harmonious, stable and relaxed environment for the teaching staff so that they can better fulfill their responsibilities, thus promoting sustainable development of the college.
