摘    要:针对隧道内施工42号道岔存在的物流通道局限性,为确保42号高速道岔自密实混凝土施工质量,结合现场自密实混凝土施工方案,针对其各项指标变化引起的施工性能影响,在自密实混凝土原材料选用、配合比设计、工艺试验等方面展开了研究。通过多次试验,对试验结果进行分析,逐步优化配合比设计,最终得出自密实混凝土的施工配合比及其各项性能指标的关系。制定出控制自密实混凝土稳定性的控制措施,保证了道岔混凝土的施工质量,对类似工程具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:With the limitations of the logistic channel for the 42nd turnout inside the tunnel taken into consideration,to ensure the good construction quality of the self-consolidated concrete for the 42nd high-speed turnout and also with the in-situ construction scheme for the self-consolidated concrete and the change in indices that causes the change in the construction performance considered,a detailed study is made of the right choice of the raw materials for the self-consolidated concrete,the design of the mixture ratio for the self-consolidated concrete,corresponding engineer testing,etc.Upon the basis of many experiments, the results of the experiments are analyzed,and the design of the mixture ratio is gradually optimized,with the best construction mixture ratio for the self-consolidated concrete and the right relationships among the various performance indicators finally obtained.With the corresponding technical measures for the control of the stability of the self-consolidated concrete worked out, the construction quality of the concrete for the turnout is well ensured.The paper may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
