Abstract:It has been briefly introduced that the background, main points and the differences with the traditional English teaching of Output - Driven, Input - Enabled Hypothesis. It will be expected that the college classroom teaching can be improved and the quality of classroom teaching will be enhanced by the reflection of the new hypothesis.
