摘    要:通导设备维护是船员适任评估的一部分.由于设备的多样性,学员很难完成实际设备的维护操作,并且针对每一种设备开发独立的多媒体课件费时费力.本文通过Flash和XML技术实现了一个通用的多媒体教学平台,能够通过配置XML文件,完成课件的开发工作.平台具有很高的灵活性和易用性,可方便地应用于相关的教学培训中.

Abstract:Navigation and communication equipment maintenance is part of the crew competency evaluation Due to the diversity of devices, it is difficult for the trainees to do the actual maintenance of the equipment operation,and it is a lot of work for each device to develop multimedia courseware. This article implements a muhimedia teaching platform using Flash and XML technologies. This platform provides a way to construct multimedia courseware by configuration file. This platform has a high flexibility and usability, can be easily applied in the teaching and training.
