摘    要:本文以HyperWorks10.0软件为工具,对江淮中重卡变速箱选换挡软轴固定支架进行了有限元分析,确定了支架的应力、形变分布情况;同时对支架结构进行了拓扑优化,并将优化前后支架的应力、位移和质量做了比较。结果表明,优化后的支架既满足刚度和强度的要求,又有效地减轻了质量,达到轻量化、降成本的设计目的。

Abstract:This paper using HyperWorks10.0 software as the tool, on the heavy truck gearbox shifting shaft fixing bracket of Jianghuai in finite element analysis was carried out to determine the support, stress, deformation distribution; at the same time to support the topology optimization, and the optimization before and after stress, displacement and quality compare. The results show that, after optimized support not only satisfy the stiffness and strength requirements, and effectively reduce the quality, achieve the lightweight, reducing design cost.
