改性脲醛树脂加固基床土质的研究

摘    要:在脲醛树脂中加入其它高分子材料,降低其脆性和收缩性,提高其耐水性。将改性脲醛树酯以液态的形式掺入土中,使聚合物在土中进行交链固化,从而实现对土体的加固。对改良土样的抗水性及强度室内试验表明,改性脲醛树脂能够显著提高土体的强度及抗水性,对翻浆冒泥路基基床的现场灌浆试验表明,改性脲醛树酯能够明显减少基床的翻浆冒泥病害。

Abstract:Macromolecule materials are added into urea formaldehyde resin to dec rease its brittleness and contractility, and increase its water resistance. The improved urea formaldehyde resin in liquid form is injected into soil. With t he cross polymer solidification happening in the soil, the soil is strengthened . It is shown that the strength and water resistance of the soil are largely im proved through the laboratory test. The field test shows that the mud pumping of roadbed is effectively abated.
