摘    要:船舶主机单缸排温低而引起主机无法加速,在更换了油头、高压油泵的吸油阀及穿刺阀、柱塞偶件、排气阀后还未能将故障排除,后再通过对主机各缸的排温、爆压、压缩压等测量,确定了故障出现在燃油系统,随后对燃油系统各可能产生问题的部件分别与其它各缸调换后(多路调换法),确定故障是备用的吸油阀不良导致主机排温低。

Abstract:M/E couldnt speed up due to No. 1 cylinder exhaust gas temperature low, even after replacing fu-el valve, suction valve, puncture valve, pump barrel with plug and exhaust valve one by one, the problem still existed. Through measuring the parameter of each cylinder, as exhaust gas temperature, Pmax, Pcom etc, abnor-mal exhaust temperature and Pmax were found. Therefore it was confirmed that the trouble lied in the fuel system. After replacing the possible fault parts in fuel system for this cylinder with other ones synchronously ( multiplex ex-change), the suction valve in fuel pump was found defect finally, because the defective suction valves no matter what are original one or spare ones.
