混合动力汽车低压蓄电池充放电管理

摘    要:结合铅酸蓄电池的工作原理,简要说明蓄电池大电流充电和长期亏电状态下对蓄电池产生的危害;通过混合动力汽车具有DC/DC功能的PEU等模块完成低压蓄电池的充放电管理,用以解决常规汽车无法实现低压蓄电池稳压限流的充电模式和电源在ACC/ON档状态下自起动充电的功能。

Abstract:Based on the working principle of lead-acid battery, the damage to the battery caused by high current charging and long-term power shortage are briefly described. The PEU modules with the function of DC/DC can realize the charging and discharging management of low-voltage battery on hybrid EV. Thus it can realize the charging mode with constant voltage and limited current for low-voltage battery and the serf-start charging under ACC/ON condition for power supply.
