纯电动低速物流重型汽车电气系统的开发

摘    要:针对具有低速、大扭矩及频繁起/停工况的重型纯电动物流汽车进行设计研究及分析,以提高其电能使用效率为目的。通过理论研究及经济性分析方法对其驱动系统进行匹配设计,以电流热效应法和电线载流量法,检验系统高压导线选型可行性,以高压部分过载保护为需求,提出熔断器选择的理论根据及原则,并建立起通用的纯电动重型汽车通信协议编码系统。通过同类车型的类比试验,对纯电动重型汽车驱动系统设计和匹配的理论研究方法进行验证,结果表明该方法设计结果与实际运行情况基本一致。

Abstract:The author is mainly about how to improve the electric energy using efficeiency on low speed heavy logistics PEV. Through matching design of its driving system, the theoretical foundation and principle are proposed and the common communication protocol coding system is set up by the methods of current thermo-effeet and wire load flow rate. The design and matching method of driving system has been validated via comparing tests in the similar category, and the results show that the design is nearly in accordance with the real running eireumstance.
