摘    要:文章从船载AIS与ARPA在船舶避碰中的地位出发,通过对各自获取避碰参数的计算机理分析,对实际应用中覆盖范围的广泛性、跟踪信息的可靠性、避碰计算的快速性进行比较,得出各自的优缺点,并就船舶驾驶人员在应用过程中如何综合应用、取长补短、达到优势互补提出相应建议。

Abstract:Based on the status of AIS and ARPA in ship collision avoidance,the paper analyzes the mathematical method of parameters for collision avoidance,and then compares the breadth of coverage,the reliability of tracking information,and the speed of calculating in the practical application,with the respective advantages and disadvantages achieved.In addition,it suggests that the ship drivers should learn from other’s strong points and close the gap in its application.
