摘    要:文章以4S店客户信息数据库作为研究对象,利用数据挖掘中关联规则挖掘算法Apriori,挖掘出已成交的客户特征和规则,对分类结果进行分析,并在某品牌4S店销售汽车过程中借鉴这些规则,有针对性的地进行引导销售,从而提高了销售成功率。

Abstract:The customer information database of 4S store has been chosen as the research objective,and the Apriori algorithm based on association rules of data mining technology has been employed as the research instrument.In the paper,the customer characteristics and transaction rules are mined with its result classified and analyzed.The results and its application to a 4S store indicate that these rules contribute to the successful selling.
