| Abstract: | Virtual animation industry clusters is formed in the 21st century knowledge economy.It is a more flexible and open economic organization which has the advantage of lower cost.Analyzing the operation mechanism leads to developing virtual animation industry clusters.The development policy is also put forward according to the mechanism analysis. |
