摘    要:某国既有长大干线铁路提速改造,既有线大部分路基为低路堤,部分地段甚至为零填路基,水害较严重。相关路基设计规范中对设计洪水频率未做明确要求。在分析该项目水文特征和致灾模式的基础上,提出设计标准,并针对水害制定综合解决方案,可为规范修订及既有线提速改造实践提供指导。

Flood Damage Treatment in Speed Raising and Reconstruction of the Trunk Railway in a Country
Abstract:In the speed-up reconstruction of the existting long trunk railway in a country, most of the subgrade of the existing line is low embankment, and some sections are even zero fill subgrade. The flood damage of the line is more serious. the specifications for the design flood frequency in the railway subgrade design code are not unified. Based on the analysis of hydrological characteristics and disaster causing mode of the project, the design standards are proposed and comprehensive solutions for the flood damage are made. It can provide practical guidance for code revision and speed-up transformation of existing lines.
