船舶辅助锅炉监控系统设计

摘    要:论述了应用组态王软件开发技术和PLC硬件接口技术完成了船舶辅锅炉计算机监控系统.采用PLC控制器的特点,设计了适用于PLC控制的船舶锅炉控制工作时序、I/O分配和控制程序框图.模拟试验表明设计的软件程序能满足系统的工作要求,并能实现较好的动画效果.

Abstract:This paper discusses the application of the developing techniques of Kingview and the PLC hardware interface in the realization of the computerized supervisory system of marine auxiliary boiler. Based on the characteristics of PLC,it also designs the working sequence,the I/O distribution and the framework of the controlling program fit for the marine auxiliary boiler controlled by PLC.Simulation experiment indicates that the designed softwares are able to meet the working requirements of system and create good cartoon.
