On Basic Fine Qualities of Young Teachers in Maritime Colleges

To construct a powerful country, it is necessary to develop economy with seas and oceans, to innovate science and technology in this field, to defend their biological environment, to strengthen its coast defense and guard the peace on seas and oceans. Therefore we must strengthen the training to the specialized persons in the as- pect. Being young teachers in maritime colleges, we are clearly aware of our duty and mission which the history gives us. We must promote our own basic fine quality and then make our contribution to the country in training spe- cialized persons in maritime cause.
