摘    要:本文依据现有常见的中压船舶电力系统,建立了船舶交流中压电力网络绝缘故障模型,对其中性点经高阻接地方式下绝缘特性进行了全面的理论分析,主要分析了该接地方式下故障相、非故障相的电流、电压,以及零序电压等特征量与绝缘故障电阻、中性点接地电阻的关系。利用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC进行仿真。为今后该系统绝缘监测方法的提出打下了理论基础,同时利用表征的零序电压来计算绝缘电阻的结论具有工程实用价值。

Abstract:On the basis of existing common medium-voltage AC power system in shipboard, insulation fault model is established. Insulation characteristics of the high resistance grounding is analyzed, mainly including the relation of grounding fault phase and non fault phase current, voltage, and zero sequence voltage characteristics with the insulation fault resistance, neutral point resistance. The electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC is used for the simulation. The paper provides theoretical foundation for insulation monitoring method in the future, and the conclusion that the insulation resistance can be calculated by the zero sequence voltage will be applied in the future.
