摘    要:通过对人字门船闸钢对钢底枢摩擦副在安装过程中零件失效事故的分析,发现事故的主要原因是底枢摩擦副设计配合间隙偏小,加之机械加工工艺不当.造成零件表面波纹度不合格,从而加大了蘑菇头摩擦副的接触应力使之产生粘着磨损导致零件失效。

Abstract:By analyzing the accident of hardware invalidation of steel friction material of the bottom assembly during fixing the miter gate in shiplock, it is confirmed that the accident is not the reason of unmatching within the friction materials in the bottom assembly,Mostly the reason of the accident is that the designing clearance of friction materials is smaller,and the machine process technics is unsuitable,that make the hardware surface waviness disqualification,thus it increases the contact stress of friction materials, and lead the hardware invalidation.
