| Abstract: | The hull loads and the launching way pressure in the longitudinal launching of a 110,000 dwt oil tanker were analysed and calculated. Based on the calculated results, the hull structure was reinforced, and the length of the slide plate and block intervals were adjusted, which ensured the smooth launching without hull deformation and launching way damage. |
