摘 要: | 设计了一种可调频的动力减振器和原柴油机上的橡胶扭振减振器组成了扭/弯复合式减振器。在一直列6缸车用柴油机上进行了噪声影响试验。研究结果表明,选择合适的减振频率,复合减振器对于轴系的三维振动具有良好的减振效果,发动机的噪声也可以得到一定程度的抑制。

An Experimental Study on the Effect of Compound Torsional/Bending Damper on the Noise of High Speed Diesel Engine |

Abstract: | A tunable dynamic bending damper is designed,which is combined with original torsional damper to construct a compound torsional/bending damper The damper is tested on an in line 6 cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine The test results show that when the bending damper in tuned at an appropriate damping frequency,the compound damper has a good damping effect on 3D vibration of the crankshaft assembly and the noise of engine is also suppressed to certain extent |
