CS外墙板温度应力的有限元分析

摘    要:结合实际工程中CS外墙板温度裂缝情况,采用ANSYS8.1有限元分析软件对普通CS外墙板和加强型CS外墙板的温度应力进行了有限元分析,通过对两种墙板温度应力和裂缝形式的比较,说明了加强型CS外墙板能够提高墙体刚度,有效降低墙体的温度应力,控制裂缝的产生和发展,利于该种新型墙板的推广应用。

Abstract:In this paper,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS8.1,the temperature stress of common and reinforced CS exterior wall is calculated.Through contrast to the common ones,the advantages of reinforced CS exterior wall are displayed.The reinforcing measures can increase the rigidity of the wall,decrease the temperature stress and prevent cracks from forming and developing,hence the application of this new type of wall is economic and energy-saving.
