| 摘 要： | 针对铁路施工企业劳动工资统计管理工作中存在的问题，结合铁路劳动工资统计部门的实施情况，研究提出了劳动工资统计管理信息系统的系统设计方法及系统功能特点，同时，对该系统的优缺点及系统运行过程中出现的问题和改进方向进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Problems in labor wage statistical management of railway construction enterprises are detailed in this paper. In light of real practice of railway labor wage statistical departments, it studies and puts forward the design methods and functional features of labor wage statistical management information system. Meanwhile, the merits and drawbacks of this system, problems in system operation as well as improvements are elaborated. |
