公路监理是一项技术性、政策性、经济性、社会性很强的综合监管工作,要求从事监理工作的人员具有较高的理论水平和专业技术水平及良好的职业道德和敬业精神。对于新增公路监理专业,专业建设还处在探索阶段,本文从能力为本的角度提出了对监理专业课程体系的建设思路。

Highway Commission is a technical,policy,economical,social supervision job,it requires the staffs have a higher theoretical level and professional skills and good ethics and professionalism.For the new specialized of highway commission,it is in the exploratory phase.This paper presents the construction ideas of the courses systems from the competence-based perspective.
