摘    要:伴随着现代城市建设的不断进步,地铁交通以其安全性、效率和环保性在社会实践中的应用越来越广。在进行地铁建设时,由于地质环境的复杂性和多变性,施工难度大,存在很大的不确定性,采用盾构法来进行隧道施工,有利于提升地铁工程的安全性和质量。当地铁施工位于城市闹市区,因地面管线复杂影响盾构区间端头加固时,采用钢套筒始发施工工艺,可以保障盾构机在不进行端头加固的前提下顺利安全完成始发任务。从钢套筒始发施工角度出发,对施工基本原理、施工工艺、施工控制进行研究分析,结合并安西区间钢套筒成功始发的案例,对工序进行深入分析,结果表明该技术能够节约成本,经济和社会效益良好。

Abstract:With the continuous progress of modern urban construction, the application of subway transportation in social practice is becoming increasingly widespread due to its safety, efficiency, and environmental friendliness. When carrying out subway construction, due to the complexity and variability of the geological environment, the construction is difficult and there is great uncertainty. The application of shield tunneling method for tunnel construction is conducive to improve the safety and quality of subway engineering. When the subway construction is located in a busy urban area and the complexity of ground pipelines affects the end reinforcement of the shield zone, the use of steel sleeve starting construction technology can ensure that the shield tunneling machine can smoothly and safely complete the starting task without end reinforcement. From the starting construction of steel sleeve, the basic construction principles, construction techniques and construction control are studied and analyzed. Based on the successful starting case of steel sleeve in Anxi Zone, the process is further analyzed. The result shows that this technology can save the cost, and its economic and social benefits are good.
