基于电液调节阀的大流量混合煤气压力控制研究

摘    要:混合煤气压力波动幅值过大是造成钢厂燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电设备停机的主要原因.针对该问题,提出通过电液调节阀对混合煤气进行串级稳压控制.介绍了电液调节阀控混合煤气系统原理,分析了混合煤气稳压串级控制系统的抗干扰件和自适应能力.利用AMESim仿真软件,建立了混合煤气稳压串级控制系统的物理仿真模型并进行了动态响应的仿真分析.仿真结果表明,通过电液调节阀对混合煤气进行串级稳压控制,可以有效抑制混合煤气压力的大幅值波动.
