| Abstract: | At present, colleges ＆ universities newspaper face the issue of dealing with the challenges and impact that network has brought about. The paper elaborates how to realize the harmonious unity between propaganda education and information dissemination, the commonness of newspapers and the individuality of colleges ＆ universities newspaper, paper publications and network publications. |
