| 摘 要： | 施工项目经理是施工项目全过程所有工作的总负责人,是施工项目的管理中心,在整个施工活动中占有举足轻重的地位。文章对项目经理责、权、利三者的关系进行探讨,指出对待项目经理必须严格责任、明确权力、利益兑现、奖罚分明。

| Abstract: | The project construction manager is the top person responsible for the entire proceeding of construction project,who is at the center of item management and has a decisive position in all activities of construction.This article discusses the relationship between three aspects,i.e.,responsibilities,rights and interests for highway project manager,and then indicates that the manager must undertake strictly,enjoy clear rights and interests,with keeping strictly the rules for reward and punishment. |
