硫酸亚铁对豚鼠离体心房肌负性肌力作用

摘    要:用豚鼠离体心房肌标本研究了FeSO_4对其生理特性影响。FeSO_4 0.2mmol/L使心房肌收缩力由对照的100%下降到67±9%,增加引起心房自律性的肾上腺素浓度,并使时间—强度曲线右移。功能不应期从298±26ms延长至402±43ms。负性肌力作用和对自律性的抑制表明FeSO_4可影响Ca~(2+)转运,而抑制兴奋性及延长功能不应期提示它可能抑制Na~+内流。

Abstract:The effects of FeSO_4 upon the physiologicproperties were studied with isolated guinea pig a-trium. The FeSO_4 0. 2mmol/L, makes the contrac-tility of the atrium muscle decrease from 100% ofcontrol to 67 ± 9%. The concentration ofepinephrine inducing automaticity increased andthe duration-intensity curve was shifted to theright. The functional refractory period (FRP) wasprolonged from 298 ± 26 ms to 402 ± 43 ms. Thenegative inotropism and the inhibition of the auto-maticity suggest that FeSO_4 may influence Ca~(2+)movement, while the excitability of suppressionand prolongation of FRP indicate that it may bedue to its inhibition of Na~+ influx.
