汽油-天然气双燃料发动机性能研究

摘    要:采用了调节进气压力信号传感器压力幅值比例来模拟双燃料发动机掺烧比例.在不同掺烧比例的情况下,研究了双燃料发动机的动力性能、经济性能和排放性能.研究结果表明:小压力信号比例时,混合气较纯气时稀,扭矩有所下降;随着压力信号比例的提高,喷油量加大,发动机扭矩提高.掺烧时有效双燃料消耗率增加,燃料经济性下降.HC、CO排放随压力信号比例提高而增加;NOX排放随压力信号比例提高先增加后减少.

Abstract:The blending proportion of dual - fuel engine is simulated by adjusting the pressure proportion of the pressure signal sensor. The power, economy and emission performance of dual -fuel engine is studied in the situation of different proportion. The result shows that the mixed gas is tenuous, and the torsion decreases in low pressure signal proportion. With the increase of the pressure signal proportion, both the quantity of fuel injected and the torsion increase. The effective consumption rate of dual fuel increases, and the economy of the fuel decreases. With the increase of the pressure signal proportion, the emission of HC and CO increases, and the emission of NOx increases at first and decreases later.
