| 摘 要： | 通过对港口助航信息数据内容以及数据共享发布组织模式的研究,运用WEBGIS技术,构建了以符合国际IHO-S57标准电子海图规范为基础数据、可叠加各种实时助航信息、运行于互联网上的港口助航信息实时共享发布系统。该系统为进出港船舶在最短时间内获取发布的港口助航信息提供了方便,增进了船舶航行安全。

| Abstract: | Through the research on navigation-supporting data content and data-sharing distribution mode,the Port Navigation-Supporting Information WEBGIS RealTime Distribution System is constructed by using the WEBGIS technique,which is based on the map data standard of IHO-S57 and can be added with various kinds of real-time navigation-supporting information,of course it works on the web.This system can provide latest navigation-supporting information for in-and-out port ships in shortest time so as to ensure ship navigation safety. |
