This paper puts forward the new idea of "plant protection priority" for expressway filling roadbed side slope protection,and announces widely using plant protection.It is also discussed that the framework plant protection should be optimized,the space of framework should be widen as possible,the influence of framework should be weakened,and coordination of framework pattern and surrounding environment should be noted.
