大跨径悬索桥桁架加劲梁节段的安装研究

摘    要:大跨径悬索桥桁架加劲梁节段拼装连接是主梁安装的关键工序,固结时机选择不好,会在加劲梁节点处产生较大次应力,降低结构安全储备,甚至影响桥梁的使用寿命,以湖北沪蓉西四渡河大桥为背景,研究加劲梁在4种不同固结方案状态下的受力特征,得到了加劲梁截面应力及各相邻加劲梁截面之间开口距离的变化规律,提出了加劲梁施工过程中的临时连接及永久固结的最佳时机。

Abstract:The segment assembling connection is a key procedure during the construction of truss stiffening girder of long span suspension bridge.If the solidifying opportunity choice isn't the best,which causes the bigger secondary stress at the joint of stiffening girder,thus reduces the structure safety margin,and even affects the service life of the bridge.Shiduhe Bridge,which is on the West Shanghai Hibiscus Highway,is taken as the study case.Through analyzing the four different condition solidifying plans about the stiffening girder construction,the change rules of the stiffening girder section stress and the aperture distances between each neighboring stiffening girder section are obtained.The best construction stage for temporary connection and permanent solidifying are proposed.The conclusions of this study can provide the references for the similar bridge construction.
