| Abstract: | The article introduces the forming reason of the urban waterlogging calamity and approaches the design standard of urban waterlogging prevention. In the light of the waterlogging forming reasons in the built area and combined with the areal drainage conditions, the planning is considered to adopt the principle of high water level and high-speed drainage, low water level and low-speed drainage, and waterlogging water pumping and drainage for prevention. |
