| Abstract: | Haibing Road is a main trunk road for the urban living with moisture-proofing, transportation, rest, sightseeing and touring. Its "Long Corridor for Seeing Sea" is one of "New Eight Sceneries" in Shantou City. With the improvement of moisture-proofing standard how to eliminate the danger and consolidate for reaching the stan dards and not influence on the landscape of the original city is the difficult point of this Project. |
