相控阵列信号模拟系统研究

摘    要:研究相控基阵目标模拟系统的实现方案,应用于鱼雷声自导系统的研发和测试。根据对目标信号场与基阵空间的相关性的分析,提出一种新颖的可编程相移单元阵列结构,以递推的方式进行各个阵元相位的计算,使得系统硬件规模大为缩小,并且该结构的规则性使之非常适合于大规模集成。最后给出系统实现结果,整个相控阵列目标模拟系统实现了单片集成。

Abstract:The paper studies solution of phase array object simulation system, which is applied to testing and investigation of torpedo sonar self- guide system. By the analysis of the spatial correlation between the object signal field and the transducer army, the paper presents a novel architecture named programmable phase shift cell array, which calculate the phase of every array dement by recursion. The new architecture remarkably reduces the scale of the system, yet the regularization of the architecture makes it very suited to be integrated into IC. Finally, it presents the result of system implementation, the whole system is integrated into a single chip.
