摘 要: | 改善轿车发动机活塞销孔组件的配合间隙是延长发动机使用寿命、避免振动和降低磨损的有效措施。利用大型三维软件Pro/Engineer建立某轿车发动机活塞销孔组件的三维数值模型,基于结构材料学和热应力理论,得到了简化的内外双厚壁圆筒组合模型。依据材料ZL109和20Cr的物理性能对该发动机活塞销孔组件进行优化分析,通过与实际装配间隙进行对比可知,目前的装配间隙偏大,可适当减少。
