| 摘 要： | 为保证威志轿车安全气囊安全供货，避免进口气体发生器由于供货风险造成停产，对气体发生器进行国产化势在必行。文章对国内气体发生器的各项性能指标进行检测，以及台车优化试验、模块DV试验及气体发生器时间一压力试验。结果表明，国内生产的气体发生器的各项指标完全满足设计要求。道路碰撞试验表明，安全气囊气体发生器国产化可行。
