摘    要:本文应用余能原理和障碍迭代法求解板簧的刚度和应力,计算中考虑了上压板长度,下支承长度以及骑马螺栓预紧力矩的影响。本文提出预应力和初曲率对应关系的新算法,该法满足所有的边界条件,为初曲率的设计提供了一个有效可行的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the laminated spring rate and stresses of leaves are calculated with the principle of complementary energy and obstacle iteration, taking the mounting conditions of the spring into consideration. A calculating method of corresponding relationship between prestresses and initial curvature of spring leaves is presented, in which all boundary conditions are met. The method is quite effective in designing the initial curvature of leaves.
