坡道起动加速试验结果的折算模型研究

摘    要:平均加速度和剩余加速度是评价动车组、城轨车辆加速性能的关键指标,一般由平直轨道上的起动加速试验结果计算获得;但有时会受试验条件限制而选择在坡道上实施。现建立一个数学模型,采用逼近方法,将在坡道上进行起动加速试验的结果折算到平直轨道上,并可用折算后的结果计算加速性能指标,对模型的精确性影响因素、坡度大小的限制条件进行了分析。通过模型将坡道起动加速试验结果折算到平直道并和实际平直道试验结果进行了对比,验证了折算模型的可行性和准确性。该模型还可以推广应用于惰行或制动距离的坡道折算和回转质量系数计算等。

Abstract:Average and residual acceleration values are the key parameters to evaluate EMU and urban railway vehicles acceleration performance.They are usually calculated by the acceleration test done on a straight and horizontal track.However,the acceleration test might be done on a straight track of known gradient when limited to the test condition.In this paper,agradient conversion model is developed using approximation method,which could convert the test results data from the straight track of known gradient to the straight and horizontal track.Factors affecting the accuracy of the model and the limits of the gradient were discussed.The feasibility and accuracy of the model are verified by the contrast of the converted result of the gradient and the actual result done on the straight and horizontal track.Additional,the model can also apply to convert the coasting or braking distances from the straight track of known gradient to the straight and horizontal track and calculate the rotating mass coefficient.
