| 摘 要： | HXD3机车原边高压输入采用高压电缆总成,实现车顶25kV高压和机车主变压器连接,其结构为预制式终端组成的电缆总成,主要由电缆、T型终端、预制式终端、电缆线卡和接地线等组成,在运行中发生的故障有预制式终端与T型终端连接不良过流导致烧损、T型套筒绝缘击穿造成接地。现针对电缆总成出线部位烧损情况进行了分析,并制定了相应措施。
