CRH_3型动车组动力车轴及轮对动力学仿真分析

摘    要:应用有限元结构动力学模态分析方法,对CRH3型动车组驱动装置中的动力车轴及轮对进行了动态特性研究:对动力车轴的固有振动频率进行理论分析,并在HyperMesh中建立了动力车轴及轮对的有限元模型,通过HyperMesh-ANSYS数据接口,以ANSYS作为求解器,采用Block Lanczos法,计算出动力车轴及轮对前三十阶模态的固有频率和相应主振型。通过振型分析,为动力车轴及轮对的结构优化设计及其动态响应分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Study on dynamic characteristics of driving axle and wheel pair on driving device of CRH3 EMU,using the finite element modal analysis of structural dynamics method.Make theoretical analysis of dynamic shaft vibration natural frequency and establish the finite element model of shaft in HyperMesh.Take ANSYS as the solver by HyperMesh-ANSYS data interface,using Block Lanczos method,to calculate the driving axle and wheel pair of the first thirty order modal natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode.Provide theoretical basis for the structure optimization design of the driving axle and wheel pair and its dynamic response through vibration mode analysis.
