汽车转向组合开关力特性研究

摘    要:确定了换挡力、换挡力的平均下降梯度、换挡位移等体现组合开关结构的力特性参数以及总分、力感、位置感等体现人操作组合开关时感觉的主观评价指标,通过力特性参数的测量结果与主观评价试验的数据建立了相应的数学模型。结果表明,力特性参数的确立是有价值的,对组合开关的设计和生产具有参考价值。

Abstract:Some force related characteristic parameters for the structure of multi function switch and some subjective indicators,reflecting the driver's feel in operating multi function switch are defined.A math model is established,based on the measuring results of force related characteristic parameters and the test data of subjective rating.The results indicate that there is a strong correlation between force related characteristic parameters and subjective ratings.
