In the light of the 350t pier's mooring dolphin of the Gaoting Port Area, Zhoushan Port, this paper introduces a new efficient technology of removal construction, which takes cutting off piles with the Jinggang chain raw and lifting the whole concrete block by the floating crane as the core technology.
